The BLS Healthcare Provider Course is designed to provide a wide variety of healthcare professionals the ability to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, use an AED, and relieve choking in a safe, timely and effective manner.
The course is intended for certified or noncertified, licensed or non-licensed healthcare professionals. All CPR and related skills are taught for the adult, child, and infant. Additional topics to the regular level C course are taught, such as advanced airways and bag-valve-mask usage.
Certification valid for two year period by Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Date: Wednesday June 20, 2012
Location: DDO (west island), H9B 2N5. Exact address and directions will be sent upon registration.
Time: start 9am, end by 12:30
Certification valid for two year period by Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Language: Course will be taught in English, but French handout material is available.

I have been a nurse for many years and have taken CPR classes before, but never like this... The instructor was enthusiastic. I had my own mannequin for practice. I really learnt some new studd, and feel more confident now. Beware, not all CPR classes nor instructors are the same; this was truly the best.
